We only collect what you send us through the demo form, and we only use it to get back to you.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, and company, plus your phone number, role, and notes if you choose to share them. To help prevent spam, we also keep a one-way hashed key derived from your network address and the date. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, arrange a demo, and follow up about Wicket. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Where it lives

Requests are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and a copy is emailed to our team so we can reply. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as they are useful for our conversation with you. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

To access, correct, or delete your information, email us and we will take care of it.
